Pre Order/Back Order Term and Condition
Payment for Pre-Order/Backorder Items: Customers are required to make full payment upon checkout for backorder (BO) items that are out of stock and available for pre-order (PO) within a specific time frame.
Shipping Timeline for Backorder Items: Backorder/Preorder items will be mailed out within 2-4 weeks after they arrive in stock. If the items arrive earlier than expected, they will be mailed out before the standard waiting time.
Potential Delays: It's noted that while backorder/preorder items typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, there might be instances where unforeseen factors could lead to longer waiting times. Customers are requested to allow for more time in such cases.
Shipping Fees: The initial shipping fees are subsidized, but if a delivery attempt fails and redelivery is needed, customers will be charged the full cost of redelivery.

Separate Orders for Ready Stock and Backorder Items: If customers have combined orders with both ready stock items and backorder items, the items will be mailed together when all BO items arrive. However, customers have the option to request separate shipping for ready stock items by paying additional postage fees.
