Refund policy

• All promotional and clearance item will not accept returns for any reason.
  
  
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at our Facebook Profile within 7 days of the receiving date. 
  
  
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached. 
  
  
• Once we receive your proof of defect, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. If your item is approved for a return or exchange, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item. 
  
  
• Please note that , an exchange will be carried out if the item comes in SIZE ONLY , if the size you would like to change to is available in stock.
  
  
• If an item is out of stock for exchange, no cash refunds will be given, though Store Credit will be offered as an alternative. 
  
  
• FREE SIZE items are not applicable for exchange as measurements have been provided please check carefully before placing order.*
  
  
• Postage charges to and from will be borne by the customer for size exchanges.
  
  
• Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defects cannot be returned.
  
  
• Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.

• PIECE OF DRESS (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Damage or Defective Items

a) Variations in color may occur between the product photos and the actual item received, for example between fuschia and red.

b) There may be slight variations in design between the product photos and the actual item received, such as print patterns, lace arrangements, and other details.

c) Measurements may have a slight variation of within ±3cm.

d) Minor imperfections such as loose threads, crease marks, and other similar issues may be present in the product.

e) Any damage or cuts inflicted to the product by the customer will not be covered by our return policy.

Once we review your damaged or defective item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. Please mind that proof of defect has to be submitted in video & image format and will be verified by PIECE OF DRESS (M) Sdn Bhd.

PIECE OF DRESS (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.

If your item is approved for a return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, and we will cover all shipping costs.

Receive Refund or Compensation

Cash refunds are not provided for returns or compensation.

An exact replacement or Store Credits equivalent or 5%-10% to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued once we process your return subject to the defective condition. The credits will have a 90 days validity.
