Shipping policy

a) Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and

accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delayed delivery.

 b) Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after confirmation,
unless otherwise stated. Deliveries by our courier provider to your address might take 2-5 business days upon acceptance of your order.  Quoted delivery times are a guide only. While Piece of dress(M) Sdn Bhd endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

Shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:

 

RM7 for West Malaysia

RM15 for East Malaysia

 

We offer FREE delivery :

 

West Msia Free Postage : with minimum purchase of RM150
East Msia Free Postage : with minimum purchase of RM 250

Self-Pickup and Parcel Hold Policy

1. Introduction

  • At Piece of dress(M) Sdn Bhd, we are pleased to offer the flexibility of self-pickup for your orders, allowing you to conveniently collect your items from our Piece of dress(M) Sdn Bhd office.

  • Additionally, we provide the option to hold your parcels without making an immediate shipping payment until further notice, making it easier for you to manage your orders.

2. Self-Pickup Eligibility

  • Self-pickup is available only for for all customers who have placed orders on our website or through our Facebook Live orders.

  • Orders must be confirmed and paid for in advance.

3. Pickup Location and Hours

  • Our self-pickup location is situated at Piece of Dress(M) Sdn Bhd, Oasis Square, No 2, D-1-01, Capital, 4, Jln PJU 1A/7, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor .

  • Self-pickup hours are 10am-5pm.

4. Self-Pickup Process

  • When placing your order, choose the self-pickup option and specify the pickup location.

  • We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup, typically within 2 to 3 days.Please refrain from attempting to pick up your order without prior notification, as your order may not be ready, and we will be unable to assist you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
  • When you arrive at the pickup location, present your order confirmation or ID to our staff.

5. Parcel Hold Option

  • You may opt to hold your parcel without making an immediate shipping payment.

  • We will securely store your items for 1 month period only.

  • During this hold period, you will not be charged for shipping.

6. Payment for Shipping

  • When you are ready to have your held parcel shipped, please contact our customer support to arrange the payment for shipping fees.

7. Inspecting Your Order

  • We recommend inspecting your order upon pickup to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • If you find any discrepancies or issues, please inform our staff before leaving the pickup location.

9. Safety and Social Distancing

  • Please follow any safety guidelines or social distancing measures in place at the pickup location.

  • Face masks and other safety measures may be required, depending on current regulations.

Shipping Term

 

We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate in the "Notes" field whether the order should only be delivered to you OR you can specify an alternative authorized person's name to receive it on your behalf. You or the authorized person will be required to show proof of identification to the courier upon delivery.

In order to safeguard your purchase, the carrier will only deliver to the specified address and to you or one of the people indicated on the notes of the order as being authorised to receive your parcel.  The courier will request proof of identity from the person receiving the parcel if this was indicated in the "notes" field of the order.
The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.

Proof of ID may be requested to verify authenticity of purchaser.

In the unlikely event that the parcel/carton is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can either:

Check the parcel in front of the driver and indicate on the courier's waybill (delivery documentation) whether there are any:

breakages, and/or
damages and/or
items missing.
Both parties (the courier and the person receiving) will need to co-sign their names against this indication. If the receiving person chooses to still accept the damaged carton, the waybill will reflect that a damaged parcel was received and accepted with both parties co-signing.

Alternatively, the receiving person can send the parcel back and indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back. Both parties will need to co-sign against this indication.
