Reservation & Holds Facebook Live Policy

Welcome to our Facebook Live Clothing Sale! We are excited to have you as a valued customer. To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for everyone, we have established the following terms and conditions for reserving clothing items during our live sales:

 

Reservation Period:

During our Facebook Live events, customers are allowed to reserve clothing items they wish to purchase.

The reservation period for each live streams will be a duration of 3 days from the date of the Facebook Live session.

Reservation Process:

To reserve an item, customers must clearly state their intention to do so in the comments section during the live video.

Only comments made within the specified reservation period will be considered valid.

Payment Deadline:

After successfully reserving an item, customers are required to complete the payment process within 3 days from the end of the Facebook Live session.

Failure to make payment within the specified time frame will result in the reservation being forfeited.

 

Forfeited Reservations or Cancellations Policy :

If a customer fails to make payment within the given time frame, the item will become available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers who initially reserved the item but did not complete the payment in time will not be given priority if someone else makes a purchase during this period.

No Product Cancellation Before Payment: Prior to making a payment, customers are not allowed to cancel their reservations after Facebook LIVE ended. Please carefully review your selections before reserving the items, as reservations are binding.

No Product Cancellation After Payment: After payment is made, we do not allow cancellations. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our Facebook Live events, we cannot accommodate cancellations once payment has been processed. Please carefully review your selections before making a purchase.

 

Hold Option After Payment : 

This special service are only for Facebook Live customer and Elgible for Registerd Member Only

Once a customer successfully complete the payment process for their reserved item, they have the option to request a hold on the item for a period of 1 month without immediate shipping. 

If the customer does not request a hold after payment are made, the item will be prepared for shipping and dispatched to the provided address.

If the payment is not received within the specified 3 days time frame from the end of the Facebook Live session, the item will not be held, and it will be moved to our regular online store or boutique, where they can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made through the available payment methods specified during check out or on our website.

Abiding by Facebook's Policies:

Customers must adhere to Facebook's community standards and guidelines during the live sale. Any inappropriate behavior or comments may result in removal from the event.

Technical Issues:

In the event of technical difficulties that prevent customers from successfully making reservations or payments during the live sale, we will do our best to address and resolve the issues promptly and fairly.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes that may occur.
